I went to rehab the summer of 2013, at 27 years old for alcohol and drugs! After 60 days in rehab, I came out not knowing what I wanted to do with my life- as a I had a lot of adulting to figure out! I went back to two quarters of school to get my Bachelors in Public Health with Community Health Education. After that, I decided to go back and get my Master's in Addiction Studies with Cooccurring Disorders (Addiction and Mental Health Counselor). All the while having four babies along the way, and upleveling my sobriety emotionally with essential oils, and biologically with the gut, brain, heart axis.
I've taken many coaching lessons on mindset and manifesting, and have established a routine that uplevels my own sobriety.
Combining my Master's degree, and licenses in Mental Health and Addiction Counseling with my own modalities in ancient workings of the body, I am able to help women stop surviving and start thriving in their sobriety (and/or motherhood).
In addition, I am a killer affiliate marketer and love to help other women grow in this industry to grow because it allows us to create and design a life we get to live and work alongside versus working to live. I wasted so much time wasted, that I want to live life to its fullest in my sobriety- and the 9-5 does not offer that.
